Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original World Of Hart packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original tags and hardware.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
